Right of withdrawal

Sales and billing for JoomRevoke are handled by Freemius, Inc. as Merchant of Record. For the purchase contract, the consumer information and withdrawal terms of Freemius therefore apply; they are shown to you during checkout. The instruction below applies to contracts concluded directly with us.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This consent is obtained during checkout. Performance begins with the provision of your licence key and the download.
