refund arrangement.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If JoomRevoke did not work as expected, a function you needed is missing, or you ran into a
technical problem that could not be solved, you can request a full refund within
14 days of the original purchase date.
Please note: refunds are not possible if you simply changed your mind without being able to
name a product-related reason.
How to request a refund
Send an e-mail to support@joomrevoke.com with the subject "Refund", state your order number
or the e-mail address used for the purchase, and describe the problem briefly. We handle your
request within three working days.
The refund itself is carried out by Freemius, Inc. as our Merchant of Record and may take
five to ten working days to appear on your statement, depending on the payment method.
Subscription renewals
If your subscription renewed automatically and you did not intend that, please contact us
within 7 days of the renewal charge. We refund the full renewal amount.
Conditions
- Refunds are possible for purchases made within the last 14 days.
- One refund per customer and product.
- After a refund your licence key is deactivated. The withdrawal button itself keeps
working on your website; you will simply no longer receive updates.
- Refunds are not possible for purchases older than 14 days - except for renewal charges as
described above.
- Refunds are not granted where there is only a change of mind without a product-related
reason.
Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under section
355 of the German Civil Code. For digital content - and a software licence is digital content
- this right expires early once you have expressly agreed during checkout that performance
begins immediately and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal when the
licence key is provided (section 356(5) of the German Civil Code).
This consent is obtained during checkout through Freemius. Since Freemius, Inc. acts as
Merchant of Record, their terms apply, which contain all consumer information required by law.

rights where the right of withdrawal has already expired.
