What is the same in every plan

Every plan carries the same functionality. There is no edition in which the withdrawal button does less. That would be hard to justify for a statutory duty.

Once a licence expires the extension carries on - it will never switch itself off. But updates stop, neither for new Joomla releases nor for changes in the law. Whoever does not renew stays on today's state, and whether that is still enough in a year cannot be said today.
